one of the most important tips, get enough sleep. at least nine hours, seriously. lack of sleep promotes dark circles and you don’t want that. i say from experience.
you can wear a face mask. i don’t do this very often, but it’s basically a skin saver. apply a thick layer of mask of use a sheet mask and sleep, your skin will be hydrated and smooth when you wash it off in the morning.
i’m fifteen myself and i’ll share the tips i’ve learnt over the years.
New Orleans Saints sign RB Cam Akers to one-year contract - New Orleans Saints
put your hair in a silk bonnet and sleep in it overnight. saves so much time in the morning, your hair will be protected from the friction of your pillow overnight and your hair will feel so refreshed and bouncy.
i hope these help you!
lots of ways.
Walkoff caps ‘unreal 24 hours’ for Mariners’ Cole Young - Seattle Sports
wear a lip mask to bed, or at least vaseline. it keeps your lips hydrated and plump and they’ll be pretty and pink in the morning.
